Schwarz Bless’on as his name implies stands for and represents the blessings (legacy) of the Black Culture (African-American-Caribbean-Hiphop) which includes Music of Black Origin (Rap, R&B, Soul, Dancehall, Reggae, Ragga, Bashment, some Pop-hiphop, Jazz/Blues, World music including Afro-beats, Soca, Salsa, evolving into House,Dance) you name it.

To him Music is international language, both spoken & sign language. U feel me? So when he speaks Music, he does so, passionately, spitting truth (diplomatically) with neither compromise nor acrimony. His style is unadulterated. Pure. Simplistic yet classic.

He respects Music, especially Hip-hop as a culture&music. Examine its impact! HIPHOP IS LIKE OUR HERO. It’s our legacy which he holds in dearest esteem. Like Benjamin Disraeli said: “the legacy of heroes is the memory of a great name & the inheritance of a great example”. So in his bid to contribute to society, he’s Studious, a Paragon, recognises his African roots, Indigenous and a Natural Boy- thus his nickname, the acronym “S.P.A.I.N. BOY”.

His major interest is neither fame nor publicity. Remember fame’s a vapour. Popularity’s an accident. Money brings it but goes with the wind. The only thing that endures is character, with faith. So he concentrates on working harder at building and helping build character, harness talent & skills with love & passion. I endeavour to work towards helping young ones build and achieve their dreams, create opportunity, give them hope, reassurance, encourage them to balance education, career and extra-curriculum activities, as well as helping the less fortunate ones get out of the streets by using their latent talents as a ladder to self-actualisation regardless of race, age, religion, political affiliation and/or sexual orientation.

Briefly, he has been in love with music since infancy and Hip-hop since he was 12. His early musical influences were Bob Marley, Alpha Blondy, Public Enemy, James Brown, MJ, Prince, Aretha Franklin to the jazzy/blues grooves of George Benson, Kenny G, Louis Armstrong to the smooth rhymes of BoyzIImen, New Edition through the hardcore lyrics of NWA, Naughty By Nature to the consciousness of A Tribe Called Quest, KRS1 to the storytelling of Slick Rick, Nas to the production of Dr. Dre, Timbaland, DJ Premier through the feminist vibe of Queen Latifah, MC Lyte, Salt’n’Pepper, TLC to the entrepreneurship of Russell Simon, P-Diddy to the Hiphop commercialisation of  JayZ & 50 Cent.

He has worked his way through the school of hard knock life & showbiz doing several stints at various radio stations since 1998 in the USA, Africa & Europe, to MC’ing, event organising, productions, magazines, and acting since 1995 to charity & Youth Work through to academic achievements- a BSc. Business Administration degree and starting his MBA. His most significant achievements span his whole life, notably the Duke of Edinburgh’s Bronze & Silver International Award for Young People, the Head of State Gold Award, delegate at an international event hosting the Queen & Prince Philip, interviewing international artist such as Youssou N’dour (of Diallo fame ft. Wyclef Jean of Fugees) on one of his radio shows. He was also previously involved with Cardiff’s Beats FM. He has worked with several Radio TV personalities, showbiz executives, artists, musicians and Djs such as Dj Ice of Moonlighting NiteClub, Y. A. Ankrah of BBC Sports, Kwaku T of Big Brother Africa fame, Dj Invisible and Teddy of Top FM London, Bolaray of Joy FM GH, J. Lyte of Sunshine FM of Columbus, Ohio-USA to mention just a few.

He is a founding member of BlaqBone Media Enterprises Inc. (mother company for ToonToom Records and BlaqBone Entertainment), working with Artist/DJ Mr.Black of Joy FM GH(winner of The 2001 Rothman DJ Challenge, featured in the Hip-hop Outernational DJs & MCs competition and also appeared in the hiphop magazine BLU in the USA & BBC Africa Service. Has hosted international superstars Akon, Rampage (1st lieutenant of Busta Rhymes’ Flipmode Squad), Reggie Rockstone among others.
